As a periodontist, Dr. Danskin specializes in the treatment of gums and the surrounding bone – areas that are often the site of complications during and after cancer treatment. During her fellowship at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, she received advanced training in dental management of patients with cancer history. She collaborates closely with patient’s medical teams to coordinate individualized periodontal care that supports patients before, during, and after cancer treatment. Dr. Danskin understands the hardship of cancer treatment, and aims to be of support in providing tailored periodontal treatment.
